The Consumer Goods Council of South Africa (CGCSA) is a non-profit organisation representing retailers, manufacturers, and service providers in the consumer goods sector. They have created a new app which will allow consumers and businesses to report counterfeit or illegal products, facilitating swift action from authorities.
