Lester Kiewit speaks to Dr JM Hoskins, a lecturer in political philosophy in the Department of Political Studies, Economic and Management Sciences (EMS) Faculty at UWC. Dr Hoskins recently wrote an opinion piece looking at how some South Africans are facing starvation, while MPs are paid salaries placing them in the top one percent of earners.
