Cape Town's famous 24-hour pharmacy, M-KEM, is about to get a new name, UniCare 24/7, but it has been promised that things will remain as they have always been, with the same staff and the same level of service. Lester Kiewit speaks to founder Hylton Mallach, who has been at the helm for 60 years, and will be turning 86 in November, the same date as the official name change.
