While we might think of minibus taxis as being operational all day, many of them spend a lot of time being idle in between the morning and evening peak demand periods, making them ideal for charging in between, especially if solar-generated power is available. Lester Kiewit speaks to Justin Coetzee, director at flxEV, the company behind the eKamva electric minibus taxi.
