The identity of the paraglider who died in an accident off Lion’s Head in late November has been confirmed as Jean-Jacques Wallis, who recently took part in the Wingsuit Flying World Championship in China and who spoke to us about it. The accident is currently under investigation by the Accident and Incident Investigation Division (AIID) of the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) and a request has been issued for any footage of the accident to assist in the investigation.
