JP Lugt is an ex-rugby player who was severely injured back in 1992, resulting in paralysis from his neck down. He has been getting a lot of support from the Chris Burger Patro Jackson Players’ Fund, but is in need for additional help as his current wheelchair is becoming difficult to maintain as it is obsolete and no parts are available. There is currently a fundraising campaign to help him get enough to buy a new wheelchair.
