The Amy Foundation (formerly the Amy Biehl Foundation) is tackling this problem through its Youth Skills Development Programme, which equips participants with practical skills, workplace readiness, and entrepreneurial training. John Maytham speaks to Thokozile “Teekay” Gazi and Sinoxolo Ngamlana, who were formerly unemployed and now proud alumni of the programme.
