Beware fake parcel delivery notifications from scammers

Criminals are sending out fake parcel delivery notifications to unsuspecting victims, claiming that a parcel is scheduled to be delivered but that a custom’s fee must first be settled. How can one verify if such a notice is real or fake? Lester Kiewit speaks to Garry Marshall, CEO of the South African Express Parcel Association.
