AI tools are transforming how people work and learn, with developers coming up with innovative applications which can summarise documents and even convert text into podcasts to help scholars engage with content more effectively. But is there a grey area when it comes to AI and IP? Case in point: when Constitutional Law Scholar Pierre de Vos published an article on his blog Constitutionally Speaking about “lawfare”, it was soon discovered that someone had turned it into a two person AI podcast using free-to-use software and without de Vos's knowledge.
