He's not sucking hiding, although he might get cold and might be hiding. But that's the different story inside joke that being said. Mike Bibby Folks is a retired NBA superstar and nc double A champion, best known for pissing me off while watching my TV. Oh wait, that's not written in there. Why ever come up with that? Oh yeah, because he's sitting next to me and I just gotta get it off my chest every once in a while. But he has best known you guys for being one of the top point guards in the league since first being selected as a second overall pick in the NBA draft. By two thousand and one, Mike Baby gained a reputation and he's gained some weight since he played. But I ain't gonna talk about that yet. But he did gain a reputation for being a clutch performer, as he historically uplifted the motherfucking Sacramento Kings franchise during one of the most intensive NBA rivals. I mean, it makes me choke up when I think about that rival. The Rold has never seen this against the Lakers like we witnessed Mike Baby do what he did. It was one of those things, like damn near, I'm gonna say it, folks nine eleven ishesh that baby gets me like that motherfucker did what against what? Game? Like? Oh man, can't we stop him? Fish? Give him the fucking need of the lot. He made a lot of noise during his fourteen career career obviously affected me, my therapist and everybody else has heard about him from me as a professional basketball player, and continues to make his flash today as he dives headfirst into ladies and gentlemen, which I love so much as we see real professional athletes now joining this cannabis industry with his signature cannabis strain marijuana strain which I fucking love the name Bibbilitious because it's just so fucking dope, right bit malicious. I mean, I just hear Furgy say I say it, and I want to think I'm fergy. I'm the fat Furgy. You know, I say fat, I used to be three fifties, so I might hit him three fifty. So mind my mind when I say fat. That's where it comes from. So that all being said, folks, Bibbilicious is an Indica dominated hybrid strain designed by Team Dime Genetics and Pat Bros. We're gonna be talking to coming up in another podcast, So I can't wait to break down everything that these cats did to them and to relax the consumer and relieve pain in the body. Now that's probably something Baby, that you had to push on, like this is what you want. That's why I want to talk about how why you wanted to strain the way you wanted it. And please, ladies and gentlemen in this Cannabis Talk one on one campus, give a warm welcome, especially you Laker fucking fans, us Laker fans that don't want to clap for Rom giving up for Mr motherfucking Mike Baby. And I'm gonna do it too because this hurts me. Okay, that's from Mike Baby. I did it. Okay, Mike, Now I got that off my chest a little bit, but I gotta say, it's your face. Dog. You just put me through some woes. And not only that. Dog. So I worked at Power one or six at the time. As you see. I don't know if you've seen the jersey, but I was in the locker. I was covering the games when you were there doing it. So I watched your first hand, you know what I mean, Like low, Like I was there seeing you school and do your thing. It was a joy of seeing you, even following you in Arizona. Look that your younger career. I'm fifty. I watched you were about the same age, just and I watched you, and I fucking admired you, Dog, because I was like, look at this, y'all about right in college, I first thought that about you, I ain't gonta front. That's exactly the thing that came into my head. And then when you came to Sack and I was from I'm from the Bay, I'm from San Jose, so there was a little like I'm from the t MC days of wanting the Warriors to be good and they didn't put the team and the money into it, so I was like fuck it. And I like the showtime and early, so I was like, okay, I branched over so I couldn't like because you couldn't spend. And now I'm Laker fan from from San Jose. And now when you this is a true story for my personal sports history of life. When you went to Sack Dog on some real ship, you kind of wanted me to make him like him a little bit, but I couldn't pull off. But you in particular, the name Mike Bibby is the reason why Joseph Lopez, not the Joe Brandy that's hosting right now, that Joseph Lopez that watched Mike maybe come to the league was like that motherfucker's hot. I kind of like him now, but Fox Sacrament A lot of people that right, But that I mean not just me being like I love being able to get that off my chest ro a man to man and then just then we'll go into what we gotta go into. But you know, as I random stories, you see the Joe Martana, the guy said, Joe before I just hit you, I fucking hate you. I can smell the little and when you threw that ball to Dwite Clark, I just got to get it off my chest. So thank you for allowing me to get that off my chow and give you the praise of That's really how I felt about you. It wasn't like, oh I just hated. It was like I kind of had that. It was it was a half love. It was love for an athletes, kind of appreciative, you know what I mean, Because that's what that's what other fans are supposed to think of think of other teams of like that. So, I mean, that's just it makes me feel good that you thought that way about me. And you know, we should have brought him down that year. It should have been our year that year. But I was happy. A lot of stuff went on or whatever, but you went to the Western Conference final. I mean that was good. We're a better team. We're the best team to lead that year. I know that. So I mean we just you know, we're kind of shipped the bed in game seven, you know, Um, it just shows you how much better of a team we were. You know, two for thirteen from the three point line, under from the free throw line, and going to overtime, well you know, two of the top five players ever played the game. Um, it just shows you how good we were. Now as you look back at that, Mike and you say, you guys were the better team. And now that you're much older, looking back and and now analyzing that game seven, what makes the difference for you guys to get the w instead of the yell and move on? What does that make make our free throws and make it a few more threes? And is it funny as you say the free throws? Right? And and I and I point this out for my son that God William will be listening to this one day. It's all fun to fucking mentals me home. It always comes down to it. At the professional level. The first word out of Mike Babies Mike's were free throws. Imann, tell the kids today, the kids we train, you know, go to free throw line. This wins and loses games. So I mean, that's the biggest thing. You got knocked down in your free throws. It's it's free money. When you go up there, you gotta knocked down. That being said, what was that regiment like for you? What was how many free throws a day? With the practice? It was it was hardcore. I made like I was shooting, like, made like seven hundred fifty shots today, So I mean it was anybody listening just go out and shoot fifty. I'm saying, how you feel to go out and shoot fifty. That's when I was out there on the court, I expected, how old are you when you were doing seven fifty? Yeah? When I was kick me youngster, get hundred. So someone listening, that's a youngster in high school. What's a good like push? You just gotta do it. I mean you know, it's different now, But when I was in high school, I didn't really do it a lot. I mean, I was just right. And then when I got to college, you know, I figured I got to put the work in because you know, everybody it's on a different level. And you know, once I got to college, I started making three hundred out today and they just started. Did somebody tell you that there's a coach Josh past There actually just me and him in the gym for for a couple of weeks, a couple of months at first, and then our team started to chime in and everybody in the team started coming in and getting extra a little leader over here. God, it's because it kind of it kinda we're off on a lot of people. So um, I just I mean, I love working out. That's just just the way. I still keep it going. Your game radio most I see I try to get kind to see it. I'm like, is it fake or is it still kind of swollen? Get that right shirt? Though? You got the right shirt on today. You came in you knew cameras Rodney. I was like, okay, he's looks like you might go to play next week. Good good night. I can't. I can't run anymore like that. I can run a little bit. I'll play, you know, a little bit of pick up, But as far as going against the young kids, young kids, I can't. When you say pick up as an ex NBA player, how hard are you really going on a pickup game? And who is it? O? Gs? It just gonna go play pickup or just young g I want to get a Mike baby and do something. I'm going by sign I go with my two nephews. I got two nephews that are fifteen, my sons, my son's twenty four something's against college kids. I've playing them since I was since he was probably two. He ready to get down. You can still guess. You can still guess something right now if he wants to to. Hey, but you at that age, we're about to get you close. I'll never let him beat me. Oh he's gonna know what's gonna happen. How about this? Remember this more? You're ready for this? Tell me the story when the first time you beat your dad and don't say he wasn't around. I'd be horrible and it set me up for a failure. He failed. Fuck, he wasn't around. Damn me. It's okay, So you don't have that story. So it's gonna happen to you. Mike. I'm here here, it won't happen. How do you I'm forty four. Okay, he's gonna get you about three years. I try to get him the other day and he was like, I try to get him the other day and he was just like, you know, making excuses and you can still easily, you know, I mean, you got, you got a little something more, you still away, you gonna get I can still shoot, but he's gonna get you to run around, so you got to just get him on the chase him. That's what I mean. Though, it's got a half court game. You sit there. He tried to give me when we played a long time ago, took it back to half course, started dribbling. You're not gonna guard me out here? I said, no, you want to shoot and shoot it, but he hasn't got a shot. That that's where he's gonna get you. When he finally gets a shot down and shot, he's not gonna be he won't be able to beat me because then you're gonna have to pull out on him. Now a little too close for me now I go, I'm gonna let it. I wonna let it happen. Oh, I can't wait. It's just so funny. So you got the twenty two? What else I got? Four ye old son, twenty one year old daughter, eighteen year old daughter, and a thirteen year old daughter? Are they all the athletes? Two years? They're all athletes? But the youngest one is the only one still playing now. She plays volleyball, so she's pretty good. She's the tallest when she's about five seven or five eight, so that's good. So where did your little random and I say a little hype because point guard, you know I'm saying, but still a bigger guy walking in. But where does the height come from? From? You? My dad's side, My dad, my dad's brothers were six five, both of them. One of them played professional baseball to uh for the Pirates Rangers, Um, Jim Bibbie. So I mean it comes from, it comes from and then pops are just never around. Uh he was, I mean here and there, but it was you know what I mean, Stone, Yeah, he comes. I mean he was doing little jobs here and they're coaching different countries, different states, you know what I mean, coach basketball that's right. Oh yeah, but by hold on a second, idiot right now? The baby, what am I thinking right now? Of course I know your fucking father is what a moron? Right now I'm sitting here think I'm talking to some other dude named Mike Baby who his dad's out an infamous, famous basketball coach. I love when I do that sometimes, because you know, I did sports for the work on Fox Sports, BBC Sports, and when I have a brain part like that, it fucking kills me going, wait a minute, I know exactly your pops. I mean, so it's just been in the d N a forever. So do you remember going back then when you started doing those three hundreds? Was that something like Pops steps too, like a son, that's a good idea to keep going. It was just mindset, like we have a have a strong mindset like I got, probably one of the strongest minds that you'll ever see. Like it doesn't matter. I put the work in every shot, the shots I missed I expect to make. I'm wondering why they're not going in. That's just the mental that I felt when I watched you. Yeah, what I'm saying like, like, oh fuck, he missed it, and you too, like, wak a minute. I shot so many of those shots that that's why I tell my son. My son thinks he's a better shooting than me. And he's, like I said, I've been shooting since before you were born. There's no way you're a better shooting me. Your sperm selves weren't even around when I was dropping through over a million shots more than you. Ain't. It ain't the way you better rest in peace. I was shooting them on your boy, Kobe, who you're looking at videos up to, let me show you some highlights. Son. Tell him, I mean, that's what's crazy that you can show these people. He was, he was. He was about probably nine years old around then. I'm not nine years old, maybe he's probably five. He was five rounds so it wasn't like he was a baby, but he was still he's still trying to remember what he remembers. But thank god he has video to like, but oh yeah, I remember that ship. We're like, okay, you five. But he's been around. He's been around and seeing his whole live too. That's just fucking great. And now to think though, basketball Man four kids in the twenties down to the high school and now Pops comes out with fucking Fergie Bubblecious fucking remix of Bibblelicious, and we're gonna talk to Mike about Mike. I want to know how the family said, Hey, dad's getting into the cannabis game. What the fuss going on here? It's Cannabis Talk one oh one. Will be right back after this. We'll be right back with Cannabis Talk one oh one. Welcome back to Cannabis Talk one oh one. You guys, all of Canada age products are made from the purest top shelf cannabinoids, but you don't gotta take it from me. Are Mike Bibby and his fucking amazing threes and all the shots that he made all their products? And you see how resentful I am still another time I start to stay with them. That's so awesome. To let it go, Joe, I've talked to my therapist later. All their products are third party tested and have a QR code on the label that anyone can scan for yourself, so you don't gotta trust it for me, folks, you can actually go there and check it for yourself and make sure you check out the hashtag can of factory or online at Canada Age shop dot com and of course on I G. Mike Baby here with us on Cannabis Talk one on one Blue Steel stuck in Vegas trying to film a new reality show called Leaving Las Vegas. But Mike, I asked you something before you went, because it's so interesting as we're all grown men now. And I say now because I feel like my prime on doing sports talking doing that. I watched you and I'm a grown man with three kids. You're a grown man with four kids. I'm in this cannabis space on a talk show. You're in this cannabis space now with bibilicious as a fucking flower that you can smoke. That being said, I'm gonna it to how you got into cannabis. But what I want to start with first off, because we've talked about the son been playing and your daughter playing volleyball and all that beautiful stuff, is how did that family dynamic conversation starting happen with everybody to say, hey, babies, get over here. I got a new idea and venture I'm gonna do that. It was really between me and my brother. I'm the I'm the breadwinner of the house. I got a find ways to go get money, and you know they got to live with that. You know, whether it's me being out of town or going out of town to work doing something. I got to bring the money in. And you know, I mean as a as a man and as a father. You know, they look up to me to do that. So that's what I'm trying to do. That's wonderful like that. And you and your brother partnered up with this then too, you guys, we're gonna together. We're doing together. He's he's I've been doing a long time. He's a master at this, so I to figure out. We'll follow him and let him do his work. And it's funny because off Fairy, we said brother ten years older, and I just told you, off Fair, I have a brother that's ten years older than me as well. That first got me smoking, you do when I was six and he was sixteen. So it's funny because you giggled and then we got to come back on the air and we couldn't talk. So it's just funny that we both have. It might tell you the truth when I look at him, my brother, my brother, So you know what I'm saying it right the same age. It's just and I'm like, looking at I'm gonna remind me of my older brothers who said many calendars as well, say that even do that for a long time exactly. So it's just funny to see that dynamic and fun things like that. So everybody's cool in the family. No, mom, Dad, nobody said nothing about your and your brother are good with it. So it's good. Nobody gave me no side. I like, you know, that's weed. Boy. Got to make it roll, you know, I mean, it's I think it's a big money maker for us. So you know, I mean, just get like I said, get back on it. I said, he's he's a master at. He's a master at. Then you know that I don't smoke, so I mean he said it's good. So let mean, we'll see, we'll see how to turn That's it. That's what you gotta do because you trust family. And that's what it's about. Now when you see this medicine that's being used in the NBA and this and that, and now that so many other players, especially active ones, coming out of what I like to call what we like to call on cannabis talk one on when the green closet right, So as you come out of the green closet advocating that this cannabis plants is medicine to be used for the body to help hill, for inflammation, for medicine to relax. There's a lot of NBA players are now really seeing that in NFL and NHL and NBA or whatever, Major League Baseball, all professional athletes for that matter. When you look at it from the athletics standpoints at a professional level, do you think it's okay for the players to actively be using cannabis while the season is going? I think so. I mean, as long as it doesn't infare interfere with any games, you know, I mean, you need it. You know my body hurts it every day, you know what I mean. So, um, you play this game for a long time, you put your body on the line. If this is gonna help it, it's better than taking pills. You know what they what what was used to give it to you? Did you ever have to get I'm looking at you going, I don't remember you being injured. I got injured twice, you know, torn thumb and fifth manor that's it, thank god, but um, that was it. But I mean it's it's very well needed it is, and not only that, like that's my whole thing. I don't smoke flour either, Mike. I haven't smoked flour for twenty four years. But I use cannabis daily on oils and treatments. And as you can see on my right ankle right here, I just had ankle surgery and they put that big cut there and I got three holes in my achilles. And I recently started using the oils to ingest for pain because I just came off the pain pills. I did the surgery in January and I'm literally on like day twenty with no caine, just coming back from Vegas and trying to muscle through. But I come from the theory of strictly medicine only as well those who want to smoke with joint deuce is up. I'm cool with it too, don't get it twisted. But for Joe's use, I use it strictly for medication. Where I have a daily regis the CBDs in the mornings and CBDs as my inflammation because I'm having this colt you know, the surgery and is still swollen. And then I look at the different flowers of people saying, oh you should smoke this. You should smoke that. But I've been sober twenty four years, a complete absence, no drinking, no drugs, and I was a garbage cancer. It wasn't like oh I used to do it. I mean, you put a lot of ajax in there? What is that? So we we're cleaning the toilet. I didn't, well, why did you put that powder down? I didn't know what's going on. I mean, that was your boy here. So that being said, I look at it now and why I'm such an advocause I had the two hip surgeries and seeing this and you know, I played college football and an athlete as well, but seeing what it's done for me on a mediocre level athlete, to thinking what it can do on that NBA professional athlete on every professional level, let alone college level. Which my question to you now is do you think, Mike, that it would be appropriate and okay to allow cannabis into the n C double a realm of being used as medicine for these athletes period? I think so yeah. I mean I mean, just like I said, as long as doesn't interfere with any game and practice and stuff like that, I think it's fine. Like if I'm a coach. I'm gonna have a problem with it at all. As you say that. As you said that, I looked at you and really see your dad's face and said, if you were a coach, now, you really hit me with that one. You know what I'm saying. I see a little jacket on you and everything anything like that in your I mean, it's trying for a long time. No one's really giving me a chance right now. But you know, I'm I'm working, I'm trying to I'm trying to get in place. I'm doing little stuff here and there, NBA combine, you know, G League stuff. So I'm trying somebody. Soon as somebody lets my foot in that door, I'm not gonna go. I'm gonna go crazy. Funny, would this be ready? This is just so funny to me to think, what if you called fish and said, why don't we get something going? Dog? We don't have so many battle I know, I know, I know it. I know it's song enough. If I can do that, I don't know. Isn't that salty? No? I mean it wasn't bad. I mean, I mean we're good now. I mean I haven't talked. I don't talk to him. But um, y'all gave a lot of kneeds to each other. Yeah, I mean, it wasn't. It's just it's a basketball when you get out there, you know what I mean. But but but it's position, position, it's you. It's different. It ain't like you. It was a power forward. It's the guy you gotta get most of the time. But we alread knew what we already knew. Where that bad look at? Yeah, you see, I got the deeper shoe in the other room. And see it. Oh I got the deep show me, you show Menna. See what he was wearing. Oh No, it's so funny to think that I have it in the room. I can't even I just realized that I have his shoe in the other room that he signed me. We never saw his shoes. I was really saw the side of him from being him being on the side at I'm messing around now. But it's good. I love it. That's what you're supposed to do. You're supposed to still have it in you like that. But I just think it's funny because two peas in the pod could be coaching the same type of hnario. What I'm saying, like it's the same gig, and it's I'm want to coach. I mean, I'm I've been trying, like ten years, have been trying, so you know what I mean. I mean, I mean it's just for some people. There's some people ain't, you know what I mean. So I mean, I'm gonna keep trying, not gonna give up, work hard. I don't hold my nose up to any job, you know what I mean. So I mean, I'm ready to work. I want. My thing is I want to get these kids better and teach them basketball. You get a lot of these kids to these coaches, and they don't teach them, you know. I mean you could tell by the way they're out there playing it that nobody teaches anything anymore. And I want to get back in there and show the guys footwork, show guys how to read certain stuff. That's what I'm gonna do. As you say that, Mike, and you watch these new and improved or maybe not improved, what are your thoughts on all these travel now clubs that weren't around like when you were a kid, right, because now they're everywhere. I was just in Vegas and there was a travel fucking basketball tournament going on with champs there as well. Yeah, I mean that's what they do. I mean, it just depends on what kind of you there. You was kind of hard now because it's a lot of ties to different stuff and favor and none of that like they do in these shows like on Apple Like out of the d NB, have you watched that show you beat that one with the oh sh Jackson uh Ice tube Son. He has a show on on Apple TV called I forget the name of it. But throughout of the d n B, out of uh, the d n B s out of a deep not Detroit, Washington, d C. Right, So the DNB the hood out there, and they are really capitalizing on the basketball programs that are coming out of that area and walking it's really I think you love I think, oh, it's like I guarantee you're gonna be like, oh, it's it's hot. And there's these kids that are on there that are just really hot players and the whole drama that just you know, just basketball drama. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you yo yo love it. And my point is I see these leagues not only for me, more like I was just in Vegas and literally had a fucking basketball league next to the cannabis convention that I was at, but there's TV show now that I'm just saying that. It's just crazy to think we're back and the whole thing's going with it. I mean, it's a lot of money out there for people to make, so I mean, I'm glad that they find I'm glad they finally gave a college kids a chance to make some money too. That's a whole different ball game and game where I'm sitting here thinking you're going, Damn, I missed that. I mean, it's just I mean, it's glad to see that even that they get it now, whether I missed it or not. I mean, because it's hard then. You couldn't even get a slice of pizza for free, you know what I mean. And and coming from a four coming from a family didn't have much, you're trying to eat, especially when you're at school working hard and going hard like that, and you just get a milk card to go do a little here and there, and it's tough. It's glad to see that they finally open that up to where no kids to make some money. I love that fact. A matter of fact, Arizona, did you go to school with my boy. Mike Carney played football fullback. Um you know he was. He was. I'm not good with names, but big white boy fullback play that and then he went to New Orleans Saints. I appreciate you guys so much for doing what you do. As we're here with Mike Bibby, retired NBA legend and of course now brand ambassador of his great, great new product. This is this bag? I mean, is this a real bag that you guys are putting your one pound premium indoor flower in a t dying team dying team dying with the number ten on it? Can we take the number ten off? No, that's what it's for. This is your No, I know, take your fucking number on. I know, I know you see I hate Still I still can't take the hate on me. I know. It's such a it's such a great sack, like it's so sacrament know Kings, Like if I was a Sacramento King fan, I would have to have this, like have to not half to but have to. That was the best days of my career, so you know we had to start it off with that. So team dime. This whole fucking bag, the colors, your jersey on it, your signature on the bag. In my opinion, this is like a collector item, you know what I'm saying, Like, this is one of those bags that I've never seen a cannabis brand do something like this with an athlete, rapper, entertainer to capitalize in the best way possible what they and who are and what you represent. And to me, just because you were so little, this looks like about your jersey size anyway, something backports. But back then, remember everybody wore their stuff extra big and that's my jersey was jersey did have the big You had the hip hop, that was the hip hop and me a time, Yes, I totally remember exactly that was me. You had the big bag. What do you mean? I'm ready to rock it right now. But dude, so this is such a great looking brand. Everything is legal, I mean everything is legit. I love it and bubblesh bibblitious. How did you guys come up with that? Did your brother and him you used to sing it together? I mean there was a lady in the in the stands. He used to hold a sign that kind of you know, kind of but they you know, I mean, they switched it up a little. He always he always just called me bivalicious, like at home, you know what I mean, just making fun of me and stuff. Just nickname or just whatever. Just let's go. Yeah, I mean he'll say it in a certain certain you know what I mean, certain situations, you know what I mean. So they just stuck it was the family nickname was big brother's nickname. Only you are family nickname. Just something that some of the guys to say, but not not they'll saying this in certain situations. It wasn't you know what I mean. That's it. That's how That's all I can say. There. He is bib delicious. Folks. It's so great to hear it and see it. What we like to do, Mike, with everybody that comes on the show, we'd like to do the high five. Now, not knowing or not if you ever smoke, but we're gonna do these five questions with you and knowing that using cannabis can be an oil or rub or CBD or whatever. It's not just smoking joints or smoking blunts. It's all about using the flower in any way possible. So that being said, how old are you the first time you use cannabis? And where did you get it from? Um M, right there? I mean like once I started playing and stuff like towards when it started coming out, everybody starts handing him out, you know. So I got like fifty CB thing CBD things that rub on me at home, So I mean, I guess, I guess then so early on then, I mean it was like when it first came out, you know, and really so you were playing, you guys, I didn't. I didn't think that when I was playing, like afterwards right after me. Yeah, like when it first started to get hot, and I mean they got tape to do it. They got on tape. Now they all that other stuff now with me. So everywhere you go, everybody hands it to you to try to get it out there and try to see see where it could What was what was your mind on it? Like M skeptical. Try I'll try it, you know what I mean, because I got you know, my kee sore my you know you have sore certain spots, So I mean I'll try anything. I mean to make me feel better, like if you can rub it on? So right, So you did the first rub on? Yeah, that's first and that was just after your career then yes, afterwards, okay cool. Question number two of the High five with Mike Baby, what is your favorite way then to use cannabis and that in that in that way rubbing it on the oils and yeah, I mean I've resumed everything. Putting on my hands, but I mean as long as they got like a roll on, I'm good with. It's so funny though, I go hands and then I get my thumb, and then I get my form that might be coco butter. I'm gonna stay in your hands for a while. I don't mind it. And then the only part I hate is if I touched my face after Yeah, and I've done that where I did the I part are, yeah, I can't be touching too many things. Craziest place you ever used cannabis my neck? Okay, my back, go ahead, My baby got head. But he's singing the song trying to take your shine over here. Look at him. That means let's get the question number four the High five. Do you have any go too? Munch? He's no, I mean, I like, I like peanut butter, Eminem's. He's looking big brother, Get over here, Come over here, come over, come over, come over and get out, Get on here. You don't know, you don't know what snacks I eat peanut butter even from a kid. What would it? Reese's peanut butter cups? But they got everything got to be cold. Everything gotta be cold cold kick cat has to be cold. Peanut butter, Eminem's kick Cat, Reese's cups gotta gotta be in the fridge or the freezer. Do you have them at home right now? On the fridge freezer? Still got? I got the party bag of the better m you keep him unlocked. And when they got to happen there all the time, it's like those stay there the party bag side zipes do it. And I believe they only tell those ones that Walmart of them the grocery store. But I leave the bag open. My kids getting mad because I go on there. I'll take one fridge close. I'll go right back into and said, Dad, just take the bag out. So I just I go back and you know, take you guys, don't forget this that all time, right, They just seemed to forget that ship sometimes. Question number five of the High five Mike Bibby, retired NBA Legend Brand Ambassador. Love the brand, love everything about it. You're really representing for the Sacramento Kings, which is dope, which the whole brand is from Sacktown. And I love that about it. But if you could smoke cannabis, use cannabis with anyone dead or alive, who would it be? And why Tupac go ahead and rock? I mean just because I grew up on him, you know, west Side. I'm from Phoenix, no close to l A. And I mean just I've always I still listen to his music and my kids listen to his music. I mean, it's just somebody I wish I would have met before he had passed. He's one of the go points. I got a chance to mee him when he was a digital underground back of the day. Uh and great fun, dude. Uh that beat? What's your favorite song? What's your favorite what your coat? You can't go hit him up? You can't, you can't go wrong. That's the remember listening to what I was. I remember that the first time I heard I played it Friday for like two months straight. It still gets you to get that gas face and get your little knuckle up. Yeah, you know what I mean? Like that, that's what he did. He was good at that. It's funny because that songs still each Other's day. Come on, I mean like they had, like they had regular people beating against the East Coast. You know what I mean. I was mad at the East Coast too. You know what I mean. I'm that I'm sixteen, seventeen, eight teens, I'm mad at him too. So I mean, this isn't it crazy how that really happened, Just the influence that he had on people. So here's some crazy shit about that influence in that whole story. I end up doing the last interview with fucking Biggie Smalls, and it was after everything went down. I was in tuoth Fox already dead. So then Biggie gets the last interview I'm doing at in San Francisco where I was working. Your folks know me from the Bay doing the radio out there, and boom, he gets shots to all that beef and I'm sucking the last thing of each other's day. Then I meet his son, notorious son. I give him the picture of his dad that it took with him three days before he died. His son gets the picture, he goes, I still have my dad's shirt. Dang, that's crazy, right, thinking of that beef like that, And I still listened to him. I still listen to Big she got. I mean, there's nobody who won't listen to both. I mean, if that's the case, you just took it way till the next level. You're a weirdo. You mean here, whoever does that? Shame on you? Like, that's just true for it because the funny, coldest part, And thank you for telling that vulnerability. Shame on your story of how you really thought, because a lot of people thought that way. I thank god. I felt like I was more the not funk that what's West Coast? Right? I think we've got this ship. I wasn't more like fuck you, but more like a man we from the west, Like, yeah, more like west side, the best side, but not I didn't just didn't have that look on it, but more like And then of course you've seen the Source Awards. You see it like this is all our ear of watching that you remember all of it? Yeah, and not only that that makes me want to ask you what were your songs and when you're sitting there working out, getting pumped for these games and getting ready. Was it all the two Fox? Everything that? It was all him? I mean I listened to a lot of the West Coast. Was the West Coast kid? You know what I mean? So Snoop I c n w A. I mean you go all the way down the line. I was mostly all that, all of it, and then you're coming here and now you're getting in the candidates game. Have you met him all before? I mean all those guys and they I feel the same way about you that I had you deep down and they just had the balls to tell you the trip to your face. I said, we seen Snow when I was in Vancouver a lot. So that's when we first met him in Vancouver. So when he was out there a lot. And you know I played for Cube and that Big three, Right, that's why you're doing a big matter of fact you okay? So I mean, but my boy chat was with you working in there. Yeah, that's my guy, that's my guy. I mean, Tacho. I felt I could ask Tat too about Joe Grint. Like I say, last, I love the dude. I love him too. He's good guys. That's good guy. But yeah, I mean he made all of them. You know, you meet guys in passing stuff. You know, I respect you know. You know I looked up to a lot of those guys. How did that Big three bring it back? Three? Did it? Did it really bring it to good? Yeah? I mean for like, no one really knew what to expect at first, you know what I mean? But that was it's kind of harder than playing five and five because it really isn't much stopping and it's a lot of one on ones and you gotta you gotta be able to play defense. You got you're gonna get tested. And I think after like the first or two weeks, first or second week, everybody realized what it took. And everybody you could tell the guys that went home and did extra work and and put and worked out. Yeah, I couldn't. I couldn't do it. I couldn't get it. That's like I was getting ready for the NBA again. I was like, I gotta, I gotta stop playing. I can't. I gonna do that, and I canna do that anymore. I would imagine it just gonna be harder, and I want to be I want to be the best, you know. So I'm gonna go out there and work as hard as I can, you know what I mean. So and then then you're going home like, Okay, this dude, what time is that? I'm still hurting? Yeah I can. I'd be like, I can't play anymore. I'm done playing. You gotta tap out of shirt boy. What's tapping out is what you gotta do, Mike. This is great. Anything else you want to talk about the brand or anything else before we let you know, you got to hit the road.
