• Timing. Make the right decision at the right time. Know when the margin gets smaller or market’s going to change.
• It’s a different type of freedom in your workspace if you let everyone be in control. There are 120 people who worked in Kiddicare and Neville is sure that each one of them really wanted to stay work for the company. Not just forced to finance their necessities. They felt that they have the responsibility to freely do what they are passionate about inside the company. Aside from that, their positions and tasks are designed to cater to what they want to achieve from themselves and for the company.

Neville Wright is an Investor, Property Developer, and Motivational Speaker. He is the founder of Kiddicare, a baby nursery retailer which he sold for £70 million to Morrisons supermarket in 2011 in the depths of the recession. He is also the author of “The Answer is Yes – Now What is the Question”.

Before being a multi-millionaire, Neville had his rough times. He grew up having dyslexia and left school at 15 because of it. He had a string of jobs when he was 24. Then, because of lay-off during recession, he and his wife Marilyn started a business from zero so they could provide their family. These happenings were enough motivation for him to work hard and achieve his goal.
