How do you manage the many moving parts of your business? 
If parts of your business are not in some sort of chaos you are not pushing it hard enough, there should constantly be a problem that needs to be resolved. 
To manage chaos you  choose good people. 
People like to be part of something, by sharing your vision and getting others to be part of it you can effectively drive your business forward. 
If you are not a natural leader then get behind a leader and share in the vision with them. 
If you are passionate about doing a particular role then offering your services for free can be an effective way of gaining experience initially.
