Mannie is also the Principal Lawyer and Co-Founder of Vision & Regal Group (VRG), an innovative disrupter in the legal industry, being one of the only law practices in Australia that places intersectionality at the core of its work. She passionately advocates for marginalised communities, regularly appearing on various media panels and programs, like The Drum, Q&A, Law in Colour to provide a voice to those who are often absent from our complex judicial system.
