We wrap-up our series on the economics of higher education by looking at what African leaders can do to prioritize funding in tertiary education.
The series was sparked by Malawi's decision to double fees for higher education which will definitely exclude the poor. To lead us in this discussion, Thami Ngubeni hosted Dr Pali Lehohla, SA's former Statistician-General.
