US President Donald Trump has signed an order doubling tariffs on steel and aluminium imports from 25% to 50%. Trump says the hike, which came into effect on Wednesday, is intended to secure the future of the American steel industry. There are concerns that the tariff increase could wreak havoc on steel producers outside the US- this as South Africa's Steel producer ArcelorMittal scrambles to keep its doors open. Nhlanhla Mahlangu spoke to Trade Analyst, Viwe Ntshongwana.
