The Association of Private Security Owners of South Africa (Tapsosa) says it is concerned about the systemic criminality, corruption, and gross governance failures crippling the Private Security Sector Provident Fund (PSSPF). This comes after reports of alledged bribery, kickbacks, nepotism, and conflicts of interest orchestrated by individuals entrusted with managing the fund, valued between 750 and 807 million dollars (R13  and R14 billion).
