Delegates from medical schemes in Southern Africa have converged in Cape Town, South Africa (SA) for the Annual Board of Healthcare Funders Conference.

BHF Chairperson Neo Khauoe has called for bold leadership for the Industry's survival. She urged the Trustees of medical schemes to root out fraud, waste and abuse  medical schemes. The conference will also look at ways to make medical aid schemes affordable especially to lower income groups.
