The 7th Africa Tourism Leadership Forum 2024 is kick-starting today (Tuesday) in the Capital City of Botswana, Gaborone. The event is expected to bring policymakers, senior government leaders and entrepreneurs in the tourism industry from across the continent. The Conveners of the event say one of their objectives is for all role-players to understand the benefits and the value of the African Continental Free Trade Area for the benefit of pushing intra-African Travel. It is also the only Forum of its kind in Africa that highlights tourism as a major economic pillar to diversify African economies.
