South Africa's oldest and biggest financial services provider, Metropolitan has launched its third Collective Shapers initiative programme in the country's KwaZulu Natal province. Through this initiative, young aspirant entrepreneurs will be empowered. KwaZulu Natal is the third province, joining Limpopo and Gauteng to roll out nationally. With the southern African nation facing the highest unemployment rate in the world at 32 - per cent, this initiative hopes to address this crisis.
