South Africa's finance minister, Enoch Godongwana, says the processing of the budget should be finalised by the end of July to ensure that government departments don't run out of money. This comes after the third iteration of the budget was successfully delivered on Wednesday. He says that because of the delays in passing the budget, the national departments and provinces are only able to spend 40% of their budgets. Dimakatso Leshoro reports.
