SA assumed G20 Presidency just years before deadline of UN 2030 agenda

View descriptionShare

South Africa (SA) assumed the G20 Presidency approximately five years before the deadline of the United Nations (UN) 2030 Agenda.

The main element of the logo for the country's G20 Presidency represents the King Protea, which holds a special place in the hearts of South Africans, as the national flower of the country. It embodies resilience, cultural pride, hope and natural splendour.
