Hundreds of delegates from the United States and African countries are expected to attend the Resurgence business and investment conference in Durban South Africa from tomorrow.

The conference is aimed at promoting black businesses in the United States and business ties with Africans in other parts of the world.

It is the first time that the conference is being held in Africa.

Taking place at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre, the conference will be held under the theme 'Moving the needle forward towards economic emancipation.'

It is hosted by eThekwini Municipality in collaboration with partners from the USA.
