NGO making change in Sub-Saharan Africa's health sector

Botswana has lifted restrictions on imports of vegetables from South Africa. The import restrictions will be phased out in two phases.

The first phase will include the immediate lifting of some vegetables, and the second phase will take effect in April 2025.

Various African countries have joined forces to promote the trade and quality of leather products, an initiative that aims at transforming this sector on the Continent. Leather Producers in Africa admit that the continent currently contributes less than 5% of the $420 billion global industry, highlighting the untapped potential within the continent.
