Communication experts say the underappreciation of diplomatic culture within Africa is costing the continent lost investments, broken partnerships, and weakened international relevance- this was said over the weekend at the inaugural 'Diplomacy and Corporate Communications Conference' (DCCC) hosted at the American Corner in the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
