Investigation launched into Ghana's National Service Authority over 81 000 Suspected ghost workers

Ghana's National Service Authority is under investigation following the discovery of more than 81 000 suspected ghost workers on its payroll.

The country's President ordered the investigation into the agency's operations yesterday. The discovery was made after a headcount conducted to clear arrears in allowance payments.
