Zambia's President Hakainde Hichilema has silently signed and accented to the controversial Cyber Crimes and Cyber Security Bills sparking further countrywide debate on the matter. Come Civil Society and Faith Based Organisations, media bodies, activists among others raised concerns and protested the Bill asking government to withdraw it for further wider-consultations citing people's freedoms, Rights to privacy as well as democratic tendencies being under threat.
