Findings in a newly launched Global Workforce Hopes and Fears Survey reveal that workers feel overwhelmed by rapid changes and expressed concerns over increased workloads, among others.
The findings of the survey conducted by PWC also show that despite these challenges, employees are increasingly demonstrating their readiness to engage in change.
