Ethiopian Airlines says it will receive two electric aircraft next year. The airline's CEO, Mesfin Tassew, has indicated that the two planes are primarily intended for tourism activity and will cover short distances for a round trip within a range of 20-50 miles.
Ethiopian Airlines is the second company to agree with the company to deploy electric Aeroplanes.
