Economists are calling on the new Reserve Bank Governor of Malawi and his deputy to focus on turning around the country's economic position and not placing politics ahead.
President Lazarus Chakwera appointed Dr McDonald Mwale as the new governor and Dr Kisa Simwaka as his deputy.
