The National E-Hailing Federation of South Africa (NEFSA) has threatened a national strike that is set to disrupt the sector. NEFSA will be striking over working conditions that they describe as exploitative. The federation is also calling for an overhaul of the prices and commissions on e-hailing platforms have been a long-standing issue.
