Leaders in Africa have called for urgent and coordinated investment in water infrastructure, warning that climate change, population growth and outdated systems are deepening water insecurity across the continent.
The calls were made at the AU-AIP Africa Water Investment Summit currently underway in Cape Town, South Africa.
