The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) Competition Commission (CCC) is updating its competition and consumer protection regulatory framework better to align the COMESA competition law with current market dynamics. The Commission is responsible for the enforcement of Competition Regulations in territories of all the 21 Member States concerning restrictive business practices and mergers with a cross-border dimension and which restrict competition in the Common Market.
