CCI South Africa employs over 10 thousand young people in its contact centres across Africa, with a target of employing 20 - thousand in the future. Through its support of non-profit organisation CareerBox, CCI South Africa has helped to provide unique training and work opportunities for highly driven skilled young people who come from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.
