Africa is home to significant reserves of critical minerals, which are essential for the global transition to renewable energy, electronics, and other high-tech industries. However, the extraction and management of these minerals face various challenges, including Infrastructure deficiencies, political instability and governance issues to name a few. In a quest to address these leaders, policymakers and stakeholders are currently meeting in Johannesburg south Africa for the African Critical Minerals summit.
