Africa has been warned to view the latest internet outage as a suspicious occurrence and to be concerned. Last weeks outage hit some of Africa's major trading blocs, namely Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Liberia and Cote d'Ivoire.

The warning was issued by Dr. Donald Agumenu, a Ghanian politician and leadership and management expert, who spoke to Thami Ngubeni.

Kenya is set to receive $1.2 billion U.S. Dollars from the World Bank aimed to address fiscal pressures and promote inclusivity and green growth.
