Speculation on which country will be part of an expanded BRICS bloc has been put to rest as Ethiopia and Egypt emerged as the second and third African nations to join after South Africa. The announcement was made by chair of the BRICS summit and South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on the last day of the summit.
