It was a real pleasure to sit down with former Special Forces Soldier - Tim Thomas.


A man with some deep insights into the behaviours of humans and the ways in which we sabotage ourselves and some great ideas to get us out of our own heads and back into society.


We chat about everything from fighting MMA back int he good old days through to Special Forces Selection where he was known as POPS because he was the old guy at 30yo. Then to the next phase of life which is all about dealing with transition, loss of identity and then redefining who you are.


I thoroughly enjoyed this chat and think you will to. I have no doubt Tim is someone I will need to have on the show again.
