The Dlamini Kingdom in Limpopo recently got their recognition as a Kingdom. It took the bones of their ancestors for them to be recognized. Mines in the area were digging and throwing the bones of the Dlamini Royals and Warriors to the mine dumps & this led to them in and out of courts and eventually getting their recognition as a Kingdom. In this process we also learn how the Dlamini ancestors were tricked in losing their land. Princess Palesa Kambule gives us the details.
The episode also offers an opportunity for us to learn of the great kingdom of Ghana, Mali, Maphungubgwe, Great Zimbabwe etc. Reminds us of our greatness as a people in general and also reminds Royals throughout the entire continent of their role and responsibility to the people.
