Truthfully, you could be mistaken for thinking I've had a very lucky life … numerous business awards, best-selling books and even an MBE from the Queen herself. But that would only tell you half the story. 

In this episode, I tell the other half. The half that fuels my mission every single day … that pushed me to stand up for myself, and now to stand up for others. 

What’s more, I take you through my career history which resembles a series of amazing people believing in and taking a chance on me. That's precisely why it’s now my goal here to open up a whole new world of possibilities for everyone, regardless of race, gender or age. It's not just about equality, it’s about equity.
