I think this is exactly what we all need right now, having just gone through the craziest year of our lifetimes - and my nan’s wisdom really helps put things into perspective. She’s lived through a World War, and in this episode we chat about what that was like - in particular as a woman.

 

We talk about how technology has advanced, and how our diets have changed, as well as the things we value. Of course - there are benefits to both sides … but this really inspires us to take stock and be grateful for what we have.
