I know that there are so many of you out there right now working really hard on your businesses, but without the right business model in place, so I thought it was really necessary to share my advice on this. 

 

The truth is there are so many options for online entrepreneurs … should you do online courses, 1:1 work, group coaching, memberships, masterminds or retreats? We see so many people having success in these areas that it can be tempting to try and recreate that success in the same way, but in order for your business to work for you, your model should be tailored to your needs.

 

In this episode, I’m revealing the 3 things you need to consider in order to come up with your ideal business model, so that you can stop flip flopping and start scaling intentionally. Are you ready?
