INTERVIEW: Megan and Scott Martzen join Broeske & Musson in studio for an emotional live interview following the State of California’s release of Karmjit Singh—the man who slammed into their car at 100 mph in 2019, killing their 8‑year‑old son, Maverick. Singh was, and continues to be, in the country illegally. The Martzens described their shock and heartbreak at the decision, saying it reopens wounds that never truly healed. While Singh has an ICE detainer, he is now a free man.
