Elias Rodriguez, a 31-year-old from Illinois, has been charged with the fatal shooting of two Israeli Embassy staffers outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C. The victims, Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim, were gunned down as they exited an event. Authorities say Rodriguez fired 21 shots, including at Milgrim as she tried to crawl away. He allegedly told police he acted “for Palestine.”
