EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Fresno County District Attorney Lisa Smittcamp joined Broeske & Musson after a senior deputy district attorney was stabbed at Courthouse Park. During the interview, authorities identified the suspect as a 42-year-old Fresno man charged with attempted murder and attempted murder of a public official. Smittcamp called it a “targeted attack,” criticizing California’s “hug a thug mentality.” The victim was treated and released.
