Newly released footage from Jan. 13 shows Alex Pretti shouting at federal immigration agents, spitting on their SUV, and kicking out a taillight during a tense Minneapolis confrontation, just days before he was fatally shot by federal officers. Agents tackled Pretti moments after the damage occurred, though he never reached for the handgun visible in his waistband. The altercation has intensified scrutiny over the circumstances surrounding his Jan. 24 death.
