Lindsay Clancy’s attorney, Kevin Reddington, appeared to soften the sharp criticism he leveled Friday at the lone holdout juror. On Tuesday, he said his frustration stemmed from a jury note suggesting the juror wasn’t applying the judge’s reasonable-doubt instructions, while also stressing that he respects the juror’s right to dissent.
