EXCLUSIVE: Fresno County Supervisor Garry Bredefeld discusses how the 'Better Roads, Safe Streets' initiative failed its random sampling test of the signatures submitted by backers. The initiative will now have to undergo a manual tally of all 32,000 signatures to qualify for the ballot. However, the timeline is tight and it's not sure it will make it to the ballot. Supporters may have to ask the Board of Supervisors for help. Will they?
