Three Chihuahuas were rescued and are recovering after veterinarians found multiple drugs in their systems, including methamphetamine and other narcotics. Fresno police arrested two homeless individuals, Lindsay Herbert and Noah Garcia, on animal abuse and trespassing charges. The dogs are now safe at the Fresno Animal Center.
