As Florida prepares for Hurricane Milton to hit land and recovers from Hurricane Helene, VP Kamala Harris is criticizing FL Gov. Ron DeSantis for not answering or returning her phone calls.  The Governor says he's focusing on Florida residents and speaking with the president, he didn't receive the vice president's calls.
