Supporters of Fresno County’s Measure S have spent more than $940,000 this year, including roughly $490,000 on signature gathering, $90,000 for campaign management, and more than $112,000 for legal services. On Monday, a Fresno County judge ruled Measure S can remain on the November ballot, rejecting the county’s legal challenge.
